We apologize Russian customers for the inconveniences related to delivery disruption due to the current global situation.

Regarding EMS service resumption, we keep asking the post office but they’re just saying the service is not available for some time.

Therefore as an alternative delivery option, until EMS is back to service, we’re offering CDEK logistics option (Ocean freight) which takes more delivery time than EMS.

It takes about 4-5 weeks after Lati sends a package to CDEK Korea office and there could be USD10 of additional charge.
